Job Approval Forms (JAFs) for specific occupations in the Accommodations and Food Service, Retail Trade, and Trucking sectors will no longer be processed in 2025. While JAFs for these occupations will still be accepted, they will only be considered if additional positions are required to meet the annual nomination allocation. Once the 25% cap on nominations in these sectors has been met, related candidate applications will be closed.
